Too many men are carrying weight they never say out loud. They show up for everybody else, hold it together at work and at home, and quietly run on empty. By the time the pressure cracks through, a lot of them have nowhere they feel safe enough to admit it.
This night exists to change that. We put men in a room that actually feels good to be in, a cigar in hand, a drink poured, music kept low, and we let honesty happen the way it really does, sideways and off the cuff. No posturing, no pretending everything is fine, just real conversation and the reminder that reaching out is one of the strongest moves a man can make.

Well… the trade deadline has come and gone, and yeah, Birdland lost a few guys yesterday. 🧡🖤

There’s no hiding it — losing Adley hurts. He was a huge part of this team and this city, and we’re definitely going to miss seeing him in an Orioles uniform.

But you know what they say…

NEXT MAN UP. 💪⚾️

Because here’s the part I don’t want anybody forgetting:

🔥 WE’RE ONLY 2½ GAMES OUT OF A WILD CARD SPOT! 🔥

There is still a LOT of baseball left to play.

So instead of worrying about who isn’t here anymore, I’m riding with the guys who ARE here.

Yesterday wasn’t the result we wanted. After a long rain delay, the Orioles just couldn’t get into a groove and were shut out by the Phillies.

But honestly, the day was still a huge win for Birdland Beards! I finally got to meet up with Andrew Kittredge while he was rocking our OG shirt, and he also got to meet my son and two of my granddaughters. That is a memory I’ll never forget!

We also hooked up with Josh, the Ballpark Nomad, and got to meet his wife, Joy. We spent the day meeting so many great people throughout the stadium wearing and supporting Birdland Beards. Seeing our shirts all around the Yard is still unbelievable to me.

The Orioles may have lost the game, but Birdland Beards definitely won the day! Thank you to everyone who stopped us, took pictures, shared kind words, and continues supporting this veteran-owned small business. This is what Birdland is all about! 🧡🖤⚾️

Last night didn’t go our way, but that’s baseball. Today we’ve still got a chance to WIN THE SERIES! 💪🔥
