Huge congrats to the bride that let me make a few extra special pieces to make her wedding day even sweeter.
Using her over skirt fabric, I made a necktie, bowtie, pocket square and hair bows for the flower girls.
It was amazing to see them come together out of beautiful fabric just like the brides dress.

I love making little side pieces. This was a great idea. Can't wait to do more ☺️

Sometimes when you're eloping to a desert for your wedding a train just doesn't make the cut, and you don't want a bustle... So we cut it to the floor and hem it nicely!

Prom season in the bag for 2026. Thank you everyone that came in to see me this year!
Here is some work I did.
First purple dress needed a bustle and straps with draped sleeves. Her cups were visible through the bodice, so we lined them with purple scrap fabric from her hem. She was so happy in the end.

Second red/violet dress wanted to be like her inspiration photo. The dress wasnt a halter but I was determined to get it as close as possible with or without making it a halted. I did my best in the time frame we had and materials provided (spot on with the black mesh and flowers). We ended up with supportive straps, with the overlay as wanted. She looked so amazing and happy in the end 🤩

It was such a pleasure working with these girls and the other clients I had. The atmosphere of these appointments was one I strive for every time.

Finally got this girl back out of the box she was stored in and on display at the studio. I was asked to be a competition judge for a local convention, AnimeIowa. I crunched this 18 century roccoco belle gown out in 1 1/2 weeks along said my best friend Kathryn Bowrey Huang .
It's crazy how far my sewing has come. I love my job and making people feel their best. Just wanted to share something I created, and so happy I had such an opportunity 😊💕

This one is from back in 2024, the belt and the black ribbon all along the horse haired ruffle layers makes a beautiful accent to match her veil. Bride was so happy with her dress, after being denied by so many others.
