Let’s put our feeling and differences aside for a period of time. The United States of America 🇺🇸 is turning 250 years old. That’s something to celebrate. And what better way than sporting our Loves Dogs & America too shirt!

Look where we were spotted over the weekend. Saratoga racetrack for the Belmont Stakes! Epic. 🐎
I loved going to the track at Belmont when we lived on Long Island. Heck I rented space trackside and we celebrated my 40th there. In addition, my mother in law had a house in Saratoga for a few years. We could walk to the track from it. Each summer we’d go up for a long weekend. So much fun!

So happy that Carolina Surf Dogs have made it!

Warm weather day activities to stay cool & hydrated. I froze some strawberries and blueberries and the boys went bobbing for them.

Yes, Bodhi had to be physically removed from the pot so Charlie could get some.

road trip edition Day 4. This day our 1st stop was to see and feed the 🦩! It did not disappoint. Tim & I may have been the only ones there without a kid, 😝 but experiencing this was so worth it.
Then it was on to . You could spend an entire day and not see everything. We didn’t have much time. The mansion was so beautiful and nothing you’d expect in Florida. The circus museum brought back lots of memories. Fun times.

We spent the next 3 nights in Sarasota and beach hoped. Anna Maria Island was breathtaking! Then since we were so close to the shark tooth capital of the world, Venice beach we stopped there. Finally it was on to Siesta Key. Unfortunately, this one wasn’t as beautiful, but it could have been because of the seaweed.

Back on the road….
