Kids will get to design, sew & personalize their very own drawstring bag with a choice between a fun 🦖 Dinosaur or 🦋 Butterfly design!

But here’s the fun part… PARENTS, YOU’RE INVITED TOO! 👏🏾

Parents are encouraged to stay and participate in the sewing activity with their child. This is a chance to create something together, learn a new skill, and make a memory that goes beyond the sewing machine. ❤️

✨ STITCHED WITH PURPOSE. ✨

And just like that… our first fashion showcase is in the books. 🥹🧵💛

Yesterday was about so much more than fashion.

It was about watching young creatives step outside of their comfort zones, put their talents on display, and realize that something they imagined in their minds could actually come to life through their own hands.

From the sewing machines to the fittings… from the nerves backstage to the smiles on the runway… every moment reminded me WHY I started Stitched With Purpose.

I wanted to create a space where children could learn a skill but also discover confidence, creativity, discipline, courage, and PURPOSE.

And yesterday, I saw all of that walking down the runway. 🥹✨

I am beyond proud of every student who participated. You showed up. You learned. You created. You adapted. You pushed through. And most importantly, YOU BELIEVED IN YOURSELF.

To our parents, families, supporters, volunteers, designers, models, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life THANK YOU. ❤️

Your support means more than you know.

This may have been our first showcase, but it is only the beginning of what I believe Stitched With Purpose can become.

Yesterday, we didn’t just put on a fashion show.

We planted seeds. 🌱

And I cannot wait to watch these young creatives grow.

Here’s to creating with our hands, walking boldly in our purpose, and learning to LIVE OUT LOUD on Purpose. ✨
