Due to ongoing downed trees, power lines in roadways, and persistent icy conditions including the possibility of black ice, all Lumpkin County Government offices, courts, and non public safety departments will be CLOSED on Monday, January 26, 2026.
Please stay safe, avoid unnecessary travel, and watch for updates from county officials. The more people who stay off the roads, the easier for emergency responders, our staff, power providers, and other cooperators to do their work!
