🩷Pretty in Pink Challenge🩷

Thank you for your interest in MY entry to the Pretty in Pink Challenge. I love all these ladies and it has been so much fun to see what everyone has put together.

A little info about the dress…

It is fully lined and made of Kona Cotton in the shade sassy pink. I will make you TWO matching bows, just tell me what size you would like them. You can choose two of the same size (piggies) or a large and small. Whatever works for you. I think this would work well as a casual, personality (for a small tot) or an amazing playtime.

Because of the nature of the skirt it is not easy to “leave extra” in the hem. IF you would like me to make it shorter…I am willing to shorten the skirt from the waist moving the hearts up and taking the length from the top. I will not make any other alterations.

What is the street size? This is always a hard question for designers because the dress you buy at target will most likely be made with a stretchy-er type of fabric will fit best for play and not the fit you might want on stage.

All that being said - It fits my daughter perfectly and she is a 2T or maybe a shorter 3T.

Chest 11” (tie in the back allows for adjustment as well as moveable buttons)
Waist 11”
Shoulder to Waist 8”
Shoulder to Hem 20”

The skirt is two layers full layers. The pink layer with the cut out hearts has about 1” to be let out but it would hide the eyelet layer underneath so proceed with caution. Some of the photos I have a petticoat underneath. There will not be a petticoat included.

Dianne’s contribution to the Pretty in Pink Challenge! All of her designs are so crisp and clean. Perfect construction!

One more sneak, this one from Dianne of MawMaw Made It. Here’s her creative take on our Pretty in Pink Challenge! I love that she incorporated some floral into her design.

We have all had so much fun getting to flex our “creativity muscles” and come up with our own special ideas. I think this proves the point that there are endless ways to play with design and come up with a unique look to flatter each child while still maintaining that classic “Cinderella” or even OLM look. No cookie cutters used here. 😉❤️
