On the agenda this weekend .Absolutely love this bag that came with my kit. Why is the yarn the same exact color as my couch? 🤦🏾‍♀️ and I thought I was getting a color over never had in my life. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The Tap Cardigan from will be my first project out of hiatus. Along with blocking all those other projects I finished but never blocked 🤦🏾‍♀️. Excited for this very easy and simple project. Even though I’m not a beginner, I love beginner projects. I remember when I first started knitting in the early 1990s, the only beginner projects I was able to find were dishcloths and washcloths. I made tons of those 😂. It was a great way to build my skills. Beginner projects have come a long way ❤️

They’ve spent enough time collecting dust. Time to get back to my crafts and start my usual meditation with knitting and crocheting. I’m excited to get back to it!

It’s a boy! My new addition to the family has been keeping me busy. Slowly adjusting to the world and me 😜. Teddie is adorable and definitely teaching me new things about consistency, structure and routines. He is extremely smart and gets bored easily, and loves learning new tricks. Like a sour patch kid, he is sour and then sweet. Can’t remember what life was like before him. Love me some Teddie!

What I love most about knowing how to knit and crochet and having a stash, is that you can whip anything up that you need. I needed a blanket for my couch, I dug through my stash and found some skeins of homespun and got to work. Before the week was over, I had my blanket. It’s HUGE! I can wrap my entire body in it 🥰 I am one happy couch potato 😆
