A late night candid post: I was really hoping that the next post I would share to my ig would be about the long, long months awaiting a fall launch for AshleyIsabel. Sadly that’s just simply not the case. I’ve had a very difficult summer dealing with the harsh realities of opening an online store, especially in the middle of a recession and pandemic. Being the stubborn & strong-willed person that I am, I tried working through it, I tried to make it all right. I was working with a very difficult manufacturer that caused countless sample delays and inconsistencies in quality. I couldn’t justify asking customers to spend their money with me when I knew the realities of what they were really getting, and that didn’t sit well with me. As of right now, I’m take a break, and stepping away from this business. I will be working towards a re-opening, but in the meantime I’m taking this opportunity to get some course work in and take more time to learn about my customer’s wants and needs! You gotta walk before you run right??? I know in the long run this will all come together. Thank you all who have made a purchase or shared your enthusiasm, advice, & love for this little baby brand. She will be back again one day 🖤 -Ash
