Health tip: H2O - !! Your body needs water to function properly! Love my countdown bottle I got from target -- Starting the day off right with 24oz before lunch! Making sure you're staying hydrated is extremely important for staying or getting in shape! It is also great for your hair and skin!! Try it this week and start small, I know we've all seen those people drinking a gallon a day, no need for that! Start small and just try to drink a little more than you normally would, and keep track of how much you drink! Small reasonable steps = progress ....
