People think the hardest part of this job is the sewing. It's not.

The hardest part is telling someone the truth about fit, that the size they want isn't the size they are. It's a delicate conversation every time. And yeah… I've seen grown men get emotional over a jacket. Won't say who.

But that honesty is the whole job. We'd rather tell you the truth and get you into something that actually fits than let you walk out in the wrong size.
