Three days of getting everyone in the same room—Project Management, Sales, Estimating, Purchasing, Marketing, Installation, and Operations.

The goal is simple: make sure we're all on the same page so working with us feels easy for you.

We're lucky to have experienced people on our team who know their stuff. But more importantly, they actually talk to each other. Those hallway conversations and lunch table discussions? That's where the real alignment happens.

Three days honestly isn't enough time, but we did our best to learn from each other, share what's working (and what isn't), and remember why we do this work in the first place. Also managed to squeeze in some fun.

We were honored to play a part in the refresh of an iconic luxury hotel that has been a cultural hub in the heart of Dallas for over 15 years, The Joule. In a building that has been a fixture of the city’s skyline for over a century, the Joule pays homage to its long-standing history while incorporating the right amount of modernism.
