PSA: General rule for hygiene is to wash your bras often! 😆

If you are investing in a good bra, rotating will help it last longer.

I completely understand that a $70-$80 bra isn’t in the budget for everyone. Folks will also prioritize certain things over others and that’s perfectly fine too.

I’ll be doing a video soon on why bras cost as much as they do. Honestly, these tips are just here to help!
If you choose to not use them that’s cool too ♥️

Bra Tip Tuesday: Don’t wear your bra two days in a row!

✨ The elastic in your bra needs a full day to relax and recover after being stretched all day.

✨ Wearing the same bra day after day keeps constant tension on the elastic, causing it to stretch out faster and shortening the life of your bra.

✨ Keep 3–4 everyday bras in rotation so each one gets a break between wears. If you’re investing in good bras, take care of them so they last!

✨ And don’t forget to wash them regularly! We recommend washing your bra at least after every 2 wears to help remove body oils, sweat, and product buildup.

A little rotation + proper care = bras that fit better for longer. 💕
