Hello family. I’m on the hunt for a small retail space and I need YOUR help! I’m the owner of Zesty Couture (www.zestycouture.com), a fashion brand, and I’m looking for a space where I can display and sell my pieces.
Here’s what I’m open to:
A) SHARED SPACE — If you have a boutique, salon, or storefront with extra room, I’m also open to a shelf/display arrangement on commission. All I need is a small space where customers can walk in and see my pieces (just a corner, a shelf, or a small display area inside your existing space) and an address I can list on Google Maps.
In return, I’m open to:
✅ Commission on every sale
✅ A small monthly fee (very reasonable)
✅ Whatever arrangement works for BOTH of us.
This is a great way to add extra revenue to your business without adding any extra work on your end.

B)LEASE TAKEOVER — Are you locked into a small retail or office suite lease that you need to get out of? I may be able to take it over! Small spaces only — I don’t need much.
C) COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OWNERS — Do you own a retail strip, plaza, or commercial building in the Lancaster, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, or South Dallas area? I’m looking for a very small suite at an affordable rate. I’m a serious, low-maintenance tenant and I’m ready to move quickly.
