We are incredibly excited to welcome Disney Legend & legendary Imagineer Bob Gurr to Forever Vintage & Surplus in Dundee! 🏰✨

Bob will be here for a special autograph signing & sale, with Bob Gurr merchandise and vintage attraction posters available through Fandom Productions, plus eligible Forever Vintage merchandise available for autographing. ✍️✨

❤️ A few important details:
• Signing is first come, first served — no reservations.
• Bob will take a 30-minute break at noon.
• Personal items may be signed for $40 per item.
• No personalization or posed photos.
• Merchandise is available while supplies last.
• Please arrive early — the line may close before the advertised end time.

✨ When Disney history walks right through your door! ✨

A customer stopped by Forever Vintage, and we discovered something pretty special… he was a Cast Member back when EPCOT’s Skyleidoscope was in operation! 🥹🌈✈️

For those who may not remember it, Skyleidoscope was a spectacular 15-minute daytime show at EPCOT’s World Showcase Lagoon that ran from 1985 to 1987. It featured an incredible fleet of aircraft and watercraft—including ultralight planes, hang gliders, speedboats and jet skis—performing choreographed stunts over the lagoon. The show was built around a whimsical battle between good and evil, with colorful aircraft creating giant “rainbows” in the sky while dragon boats invaded the lagoon. 🌈🚤🐉

And here’s the really cool part… we got to hear about it from someone who was actually there! ❤️

We absolutely LOVE when former Cast Members come into the store and share their memories and stories. These aren’t just Disney items—they’re pieces of history, and hearing the stories behind them makes them that much more special.

Thank you for stopping in and taking us back to a little piece of EPCOT history! We could listen to those Cast Member stories all day! ✨🏰
