These aren’t supposed to stay perfect. That’s the beauty of SBs. 🛹

And that’s why cleaning Travis Scott SBs always messes with me a little.

Because beat up SBs tell stories. They’re meant to be skated, creased, stained, and lived in. But this pair? This pair is art.

The hidden elephant print.
The bandana lining.
The pink suede swoosh.
The lace options.
The textures.
The details on details.

Every part of this sneaker feels intentional.

One of my favorite SBs ever made not just because of the hype, but because the design actually says something.

Cleaned up, conditioned, and brought back to life… but never meant to sit on a shelf forever. ♻️

POV: your “beaters” still got life left in them. 👀

This pair came in cooked:
sole separation, worn leather, faded finish, years of pressure and wear.

So we stripped them down and rebuilt them properly:

✨ polish + condition

A lot of people only see dirty sneakers.
We see potential.

The nastiest part of your sneakers is the part nobody cleans. 🦠

Most people only clean what they can SEE.

Meanwhile the insoles are holding:
👣 Sweat
🦠 Bacteria
💧 Moisture buildup
😷 Odor
🔥 Years of wear

Some of these insoles came from:
• Luxury sneakers
• Everyday beaters
• Smoke/fire damaged pairs
• Sneakers people thought were “still clean”

This one tested us. 🪡

What looked like a “simple Gucci restoration” turned into a full reconstruction once we realized how old and fragile the canvas really was.

The glue inside was deteriorating, the canvas was ripping, and every step had to be done carefully to preserve the original bag without destroying its history.

The client wanted it ready for her birthday, and somehow… we got it done. 🤎

Not perfect. Not brand new.
But preserved, wearable, and full of life again.

That’s the difference between replacing something and restoring it.

POV: what a local meetup with Laramerchi looks like. 🤝

No storefront. No fancy setup. Just passion, trust, and people believing in what we’re building.

Losing our location changed a lot for us, but honestly… it also brought us closer to the community. Every meetup, every consultation, every conversation reminds me why we keep pushing.

Big s/o to the local creatives and studios that opened their doors for us, let us use machines, share space, and continue creating while we rebuild. That support means more than people know.

Managing all this mostly on his own hasn’t been easy, but pressure creates diamonds. 💎

Some orders hit different.

These pairs came through from someone who knew me before Laramerchi, before the shop, before life got on track.

Back when we were just kids trying to get our hands on the Jordans we saw at expressions, weekend parties, footlocker, and on BET2MTV music videos.

There were times in life where we both had it good.
There were times where life humbled us too.

But one thing that never changed was the love for sneakers, music, and looking out for the people around us.

His family showed me love at a time where I really needed it. I still remember getting my first Lil Wayne album from him. To this day, whenever life gets heavy, I still throw that album on.

Years later, seeing pairs like these lined up in the shop is one of those reminders that life really comes full circle.

Spilled wine on the Chanels 🍷

Brought back different. 👜♻️

This Vintage Gucci was ripped, worn out, and falling apart. We cut away the damaged canvas, resized the bag, deep cleaned it inside & out, and gave it a whole new life.

Sometimes restoration means rebuilding not replacing.

These Gucci sandals came in after a house fire and honestly… the cleaning part isn’t even the hardest part.

It’s the smoke.
The soot.
The residue trapped deep in the materials.
The smell that follows everything around.
The careful balance of restoring without damaging sensitive luxury materials.

Every step takes patience.

But this one reminded me of something bigger than shoes.

Behind every item is a person, a family, a real situation. We know that feeling personally. Laramerchi & family have experienced displacement from a fire before too. No insurance. Just faith, community, and figuring it out day by day.

That’s why projects like this always feel personal.

Restoration is deeper than sneakers or sandals. Sometimes it’s about restoring confidence, memories, and a small piece of normal after chaos.

We’re just grateful to do what we love and bring things back to life one step at a time. ❤️‍🔥

Yeezy 700 came in with the toe cap lifting and a DIY glue job that made things worse.
Cleaned it up, prepped it right, and got it back together the way it should be.
