Thank you everyone who has been sharing and tagging me lately! I really appreciate you all.

If you saw me this week, I was probably covered in thread and staring at a sewing machine. It’s only Thursday and I’m extremely proud of everything I’ve gotten done so far!

​2 Wedding dresses (one hem and bustle, one hem alone)
​8 Bridesmaid/guest/ officiant dresses (six hems, two with full bust/waist tailoring)
​3 Summer dresses (hems and strap adjustments) I have another drop off tomorrow for more.
​6 Pairs of pants/ shorts taken in
​2 Jean hems
​1 Coat zipper
​1 Pants repair
​2 Military patches
​4 Misc. custom orders (still some work to be done here)
Plus in the middle of embroidering some fun patches for another local business!

​My sewing machine deserves a nap, but I’ve got just a few more last-minute hems to crush before the weekend! Time to get back to it. 🤘

​Just made my new thank you cards! AFTER most of my pickups today 😅😅 I love making sure every pickup feels special, every dress I work on comes with these little emergency kits. Complete with matching thread, a needle, a stain wipe, a treat, fashion tape, and occasionally a custom scrunchie made from your leftover fabric.

A formalwear fitting doesn't need to take hours. At Arte Tenebris Studio LLC, most appointments take less than 15 minutes.
​Here is what to expect:

👗 The Evaluation: Step right into the client intake room by the front door to change privately. Together, we’ll fully evaluate the dress. Checking the technical fit, addressing any comfort issues, and discussing undergarments or shapewear.

🪡 The Pinning: Once we agree on the adjustments, I pin the dress, take some measurements, and you’re set!

🗂️ The Organization: Your garment is immediately tagged with a dedicated client card so your details are always organized.

✨ The Pickup: When the work is complete, you’ll do a quick final try-on to ensure everything sits exactly to your liking.
