The name, Little Town, originated thirty-eight years ago in literally a “little town” in north Louisiana---Tallulah, when Sid Johnson decided to open a pharmacy. He told his wife Mary Jane that she needed to find something to sell in the front of it. Mary Jane, a vibrant, sassy, southern lady filled the store up with jewelry and clothes to match her charming personality. Soon people were making th

e trip to Little Town to fill their closets with special Seven years ago the Johnson's decided to open another location in Lafayette, locating in the Oil Center. Little Town has expanded to three times its original size to accommodate an extended selection of contemporary ladies’ apparel, in sizes 0-18. We also offer a complete array of shoes, jewelry, and handbags running the gamut from tailored and sophisticated to glitzy and whimsical. At Little Town you will be welcomed with genuine “Little Town” hospitality and offered all the new looks on this year’s IT List-a touch of Chanel with boucle jackets and dresses, color blocking, denim fascination, fun fur, and bright fabric mix-ups featuring prints, prints and more prints. Mary Jane and her girls would say “If your style is not becoming to you , You should be coming to Little Town. “
