We’re looking for women who are passionate about sport, community and representing what Tres Piñas is all about — whether you run, ride, race triathlon, or simply love being active.

This is more than wearing the gear. It’s about being part of a community of women who support each other, show up and inspire others along the way.

Su-Jen Wei crossed the finish line at Ironman 70.3 Northern California with something more meaningful than a perfect race result: proof of what happens when you refuse to let setbacks write the ending.

After an injury, her return to running was slow and intentional. She came into this race knowing her fitness wasn’t exactly where she wanted it to be, but she chose to race anyway—to trust the work she had done, embrace where she was, and see what she could accomplish.

It wasn’t about being perfectly prepared. It was about being brave enough to start.

Su Jen pushed through the hard moments, finished what she came to do, and walked away grateful that she gave herself the opportunity to try.

Sometimes the biggest victory isn’t the time on the clock. It’s the character you build when the road back isn’t easy.
