Casting appointments will be held September 19 from 12–4 PM. If you’re interested in walking with ATASHI, we’d love to meet you.

Meet the models bringing the ATASHI vision to the runway at DapperQ during New York Fashion Week.
Eight individuals, each bringing their own presence, perspective, and expression to the collection. Together, they embody the individuality at the heart of ATASHI and GenderFluid fashion.

Infinite Coles is a singer, model and actor from New York.

Meet Serena Velarde.

Serena is a model, actress, cheerleader, and multi-hyphenate creative whose career spans fashion, production, and performance. After beginning her career in fashion journalism and content creation, she went on to experience NYFW from every angle, from the photo pit and behind-the-scenes production to walking the runway herself.

Her work includes productions for Jason Wu, Christian Siriano, The Blonds, and 3.1 Phillip Lim, along with runway appearances for Harlem’s Fashion Row, theEstrada twins, and ATASHI. Beyond fashion, Serena has worked across film, television, and events, including Saturday Night Live and projects with Raúl Àvila Inc.

Outside of her creative work, Serena is a proud member of Gotham Cheer, using her platform to support the LGBTQ+ community and help raise funds for homeless LGBTQ+ youth

Meet Christopher Rodriguez. Through his modeling, you’ll experience stories brought to life through visual art and creativity. He’s honored to be part of this upcoming project and can’t wait for you to experience it, too.

Dylan Gadsden is a black trans model based in NYC who focuses their career towards working with the q***r and alternative community.

Robin is a New York–based model from the Bronx whose runway experience includes walking for acclaimed designers such as Prajjé Oscar (Project Runway Season 19 & Season 20 All Stars), Nancy Volpe Beringer (Project Runway Season 18), Kyetah McIntyre, Pappa Oppong, and Alex Rotin.

Her work extends beyond the runway, with appearances in Emeli Sandé’s “Sparrow” music video and brand ambassador campaigns for leading companies including Chromat, Johnson & Johnson, Netflix, and Verizon. Robin has also appeared as a background actor in a number of hit series, including P

Every brand has a beginning. This is ours.
Before ATASHI became a brand, it started with a young creative who believed fashion could be more inclusive, more expressive, and free from traditional boundaries.
In this reel, Founder Walter Dixon reflects on the moments that shaped his creative journey and the vision that became ATASHI. As a Black-owned brand built on the principles of GenderFluid fashion, ATASHI continues to celebrate authenticity, individuality, and the freedom to express yourself without limits.
This is more than our story. It is the purpose behind everything we create.
