Normans Bridal opened in 1980(Jewelry store opened in 1967) by Blake and Brenda Norman in Lebanon Missouri. It was a dream of Blake who was a jeweler, to sell the engagement ring to the fiance and then his wife Brenda sell the wedding dress to the new bride-to-be. Fast-forward several years and many changes along the way to 2011. Normans Bridal opened a second location on South Avenue in Springfie

ld. In 2016 Brenda decided it was time to focus on one location and with a heavy heart closed the Lebanon location. Now, Brenda and Liz(Brenda’s daughter~second generation of Normans Bridal) manage and run the South Avenue location together. Finding the “perfect” dress and celebrating the life moments involved never gets old for Brenda and Liz. Normans Bridal now focuses on Bridal gowns, Prom dresses and Bridesmaids styles! Social Media Specialist/Bridal Stylist
Could this be your dream job?
This position allows for lots of flexibility in daily tasks.
You would work either 4 or 5 days per week.
It would come with full medical benefits and a matching 401k.

Saturdays would always be spent on the sales floor working with brides.
The week days would be spent working on social media content, creation of posts, scheduling shoots/contacting models as well as daily store activities which includes sales.

This role offers the perfect blend of creativity and sales, requiring someone who is self-motivated, loves building relationships, and has a sharp eye for creating engaging content.
