🚨 BIG NEWS 🚨
We are excited to officially introduce Connor Jenkins as our new High School Director.
Connor is a former collegiate baseball player, experienced coach, and instructor with over a decade of involvement in the game. During his senior year of high school, Connor committed to Arizona State University and was considered an MLB draft prospect before suffering a sudden cardiac arrest that unexpectedly changed the trajectory of his career.
One year later, Connor made a full return to competitive baseball and continued his playing career at St. Louis Community College before injuries ultimately brought his playing days to an end.
Since then, Connor has dedicated himself to developing athletes and building winning programs.
Over the years, Connor has coached players from 10U through 17U and has helped lead multiple teams, including two Sweet 16 appearances at the Perfect Game WWBA Tournament.
As a player, Connor primarily competed as an outfielder while also spending time at third base and first base, giving him a well-rounded understanding of player development across multiple positions.
Outside of baseball, Connor is currently studying cybersecurity and is expected to complete his degree in May 2026.
As a former college athlete and current instructor, Connor brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach centered around accountability, development, and preparing athletes for success both on and off the field.
His mission is simple:
⚾ Compete at a high level
⚾ Develop complete athletes
⚾ Prepare players for high school and college opportunities
⚾ Build young men of character
The standard is high. The expectations are clear. The opportunity is here.
Please join us in welcoming Connor to the program. We’re excited for what’s ahead.
