We’ve been digging through the archive again.
Old product catalogues. Iconic colourways. One off pieces. Prototypes that never made it further than a sample rail. 47 years of stuff sitting in boxes and old files, some of it barely seen since it was made.
We’re planning the next chapter of the Heritage line. No trend chasing. We want to celebrate the iconic pieces that were built to outlast whatever was thrown at them.
This one’s a Buffalo Windshirt, snapped for Mountain Style, the book documenting British outdoor clothing from 1953 to 2000. That blue and yellow was never subtle, and it wasn’t meant to be. Colours you could spot on a hillside from half a mile off. The original Buffalo label on the chest, and stitching that’s still holding, decades after it was sewn.
So tell us. Better still, show us. Dig out your favourite Buffalo piece, snap it, and tag us in it. The jacket you’ve had for 20 years and won’t retire. Something from an old catalogue you always wanted. A colourway that never should have been discontinued.
