Hola from beautiful Mexico 🌞

I’m so enjoying my walks through the villages. As I mentioned in my last post, being here makes me smile - and there’s daily inspiration in that alone.

Everywhere I look, there’s color, texture, a little unexpected detail… something that catches my eye and makes me stop for a moment.

Hola from the land of sun and smiles.🌞

This morning, I took a little walk to recharge - and as always found inspiration everywhere I looked. A painted window, a giant heart, burst of color overhead… so many little moments of beauty and happiness.❤️

My time here in Mexico is essential to filling me up with color, ideas, and inspiration. It’s what I bring back with me when I return to New York City in just a few short weeks and hopefully, you can see a little of Mexico woven into what I create.

It started with a pen and a piece of paper.

A little sketch. A handmade card. Something created simply because I loved making it.

Then someone said, “You really need to do more with these.”

And somehow, those few words opened a door.

The sketches began to evolve.
The paper became fabric.
And the art began to take on a life of its own.
