What you see is a pant on a hanger, but what does it take to actually get there? Save or share this with someone who might find it interesting!

THE PROCESS:

It all starts with design and sourcing. Then we create a detailed tech pack so the factory knows exactly how the piece should be constructed.

A pattern is developed and the first sample is made. From there, we go through multiple fit rounds, across sizes, until the fit is correct from XS to XL.

Once approved, we finalize a production sample, move into bulk manufacturing, and inspect every piece through quality control.

From first sketch to final stitch, the process can take months.
