Last Friday, we welcomed guests to our showroom for a lunch and vernissage together with Trendgruppen PR, celebrating the work of Esther Sailer.

As part of her scholarship through Ung Svensk Form, Esther has developed a hand-tufted wall hanging as a continuation of the woven textile works that formed the foundation of her degree project.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an inspiring afternoon of conversations, craftsmanship and textile exploration.

The exhibition remains on view in our showroom for the next two weeks.

Today, we’re proud to introduce a new product area at Ogeborg.

Together with Finnish material technology company Aisti, we are launching a new generation of suspended acoustic ceiling tiles made from natural wood fibre.

The material combines high acoustic performance with a more circular approach to interiors and the built environment - developed as an alternative to traditional mineral wool solutions.

For us, this is a natural extension of our work with interior surfaces and sustainable material solutions.

We look forward to introducing Aisti to the Swedish market and continuing the conversation around how future materials can combine performance, aesthetics and lower environmental impact.

A conversation on materials, craft and long-term value.

Last week, we hosted a morning dedicated to “Natural materials - the new (old) luxury?” - exploring wool, linen, tradition as a progressive choice, and sustainability from raw material to finished product.

Together with an inspiring panel, Helene Ogeborg, Helena Tidstrand, Malin Muhr (Tidstrands Yllefabriker), Ebba Kleberg von Sydow (Insjöns Väveri), Rebecca Josefsson (Swedish Textile) and Erica Laurell, we discussed what makes materials endure, and why craftsmanship and material knowledge remain essential in shaping more sustainable interiors.

The Creative Connections collection by Shaw Contract has been expanded with 12 new colours through the Understated Neutrals palette.

Inspired by a softer, more understated aesthetic, the new shades introduce a calm and versatile foundation for contemporary interiors. The palette ranges from warm earth tones to cooler greys and blues, offering architects and designers greater flexibility when working with tonal flooring concepts.

We would like to extend a warm thank you to everyone who visited us during Stockholm Design Days and ECHO.

A special thank you to Trendgruppen PR and to Karin Sköldberg, the initiator of ECHO, for creating a new space where design, dialogue, and ideas come together in such an inspiring setting.

Thank you Lotta Agaton for the wonderful set design, and to photographer Erik Lefvander for capturing the atmosphere so beautifully.

We have nothing but love for all the visitors who stopped by and contributed to the open and curious atmosphere throughout the week.
